In order to make a classification, we distinguish between different variants: WebVR, Semi-Immersive VR and Fully Immersive VR.

WebVR is an open specification that makes it possible to experience VR in a browser regardless of the device used.

Semi-Immersive VR content provides a partially virtual environment in which the real physical environment remains available.
Fully-Immersive
With Fully-Immersive Content, users are completely immersed in a completely different virtual reality, both visually and acoustically.
How does Virtual Reality work?
VR creates a virtual environment that appears life-size and follows the user’s gaze. The video is sent to the headset via cable or via the smartphone built into the headset. VR headsets have two small LCD displays placed side by side like glasses, or two feeds sent to one display showing images of the same object shifted a bit against each other. This creates an illusion of 3D space.

After being unsatisfied with the quality and flexibility of 360° product photos taken by a professional photographer, the VisCircle GmbH was commissioned to create 3D renderings instead. The communication and data exchange were always smooth and pleasant.
The presentation of our surgical lights in 3D inspires not only our sales staff but also our customers. In March 2014, the VisCircle GmbH developed our 3D configurator. All the features of our OT lights can now be experienced interactively in real-time. The 3D configurator is embedded into our website and is also available for iOS and Android devices. We look forward to further development of our configurator.
In November 2013, the VisCircle GmbH 3D rendered our tank fittings for a fair and various print media. The images were to be printed on huge posters in an high resolution. I would like to thank the VisCircle GmbH for the rapid implementation. Photos of this scene would have been much more expensive.
For the presentation of our new liveTec mobile system on the Euro Shop 2014 we urgently needed a 3D animation. The team of the VisCircle GmbH was able to do this 3D animation to our specifications perfectly and at very short notice. The cooperation was always straightforward and enjoyable, despite the tight schedule. The result was very convincing, the fair guests were impressed by the animation.
