The approach is to use multiple machines to distribute the load and speed up rendering, regardless of the techniques used in the scene. This has the advantage that render times can be reduced regardless of previous actions.
The new feature is especially helpful for beginners in the use of Blender. With the Denoinser feature, artwork can be developed much faster because scenes can be repeated and tested faster.
A networked rendering add-on make it easier.
Development of the add-on began in early 2013 to make it easier for beginners to get started with networked rendering. The previous solutions were much more complex to use. At the beginning of this year, the first alpha release of the add-on for Blender was made available for testing. After a few months of testing and numerous feedback, the release of version 0.1.2 is now ready for testing by the community.

The new version 0.1.2 makes it very easy to network computers and distribute rendering. For a local network you need Blender and the Add-On, that`s all. There are no online accounts, no tricky dependencies or network managers to install and configure. All you need to do is install Blender and the add-on on your computer and you`re ready to render and no longer have to adjust your workflow.
Do you connect more than two computers?
Things have changed since the February release this year. The add-on now supports multiple computers. Instead of just two networked computers, users can now network an unlimited number of computers.
Achieving this goal was not easy. At the University of Sydney numerous tests were carried out until the rendering times could be reduced by 5.2 times.

Perhaps the biggest changes are user feedback and a redesigned interface. A justified criticism of the first version was that the feedback for the user was rather poor.
The latter has become much better. Status and feedback can be viewed on a ongoing basis. In addition, Blender files can be uploaded and rendered. All these processes have become more transparent.
